Dr. McHenry earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from University of Maryland. He then served for 2 years as a Captain in the US Army Dental Corps. For more than 30 years, he has dedicated himself to building and maintaining an outstanding general practice with an emphasis on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Along with membership in the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and the Central District Dental Society, Dr. McHenry is a member of Florida’s Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
As a restorative and cosmetic dentist, he believes that helping patients to achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile is one of the best things he can offer. His dedication to providing comprehensive care is evident in everything he does, from the first welcome/interview appointment through every step of treatment.
Outside of the office, Dr. McHenry is a member of Freedom Christian Center, plays guitar, and has done missionary work in Russia and Romania. He has also been happily married for over 30 years.
In the community, he supports Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, Give Kids A Smile, Satellite High School Surf Team, Surfside Elementary, and Space Coast Volunteers in Medicine.
Dr McHenry offers an in office sealant program to the students of Ocean Breeze Elementary. He is the first dentist to offer such a program in Florida. He will also be sponsoring a car show on Febuary 18, 2012 at the Satelite Beach Rec Center. Come out for a day of family fun at this great event!.
